What to look for in an e-liquid

The number that matters most on an e-liquid label is the PG/VG split. A high-VG blend (70/30 and above) is thick, sweet-leaning and built for sub-ohm tanks and RDAs that can wick viscous liquid without starving the coil. Anything at 50/50 is thin enough for pod systems and MTL tanks, and carries a firmer throat hit at the same nicotine strength.

Match strength to device before you match flavour. A 3 mg bottle in a high-wattage sub-ohm setup delivers roughly the same nicotine per session as a 12 mg bottle in a tight MTL pod — the airflow and power do the work.
